Jane Connolly has always been a lover of words. As a primary school student in the dim dark days of an earlier century she excelled at the (lost arts) of parsing and derivation and always enjoyed creative writing.
This interest has been lifelong with her final role in her professional life involving writing speeches, presentations, reports, letters, and weekly roundups.
Jane has also written poetry, short stories, flash fiction, opinion pieces, and book reviews. She is currently writing a longer piece which may eventually become a novel.
With other scribes she edited and compiled Stories from the Heart, an anthology of people’s lives during the first year of the COVID pandemic, and, more recently, a social history of Camp Hill Healthcare.
